TOO HIGH TO GO TO JAIL

One time I was passed out drunk in my back seat.I sat up and told The Police"Leave Me Alone, I'm High" they said" He's not going anywhere " After they rounded up everyone else who was guilty of anything. They Woke Me Up and I went to jail. Is it time for the MUSKOGEE POLICE DEPARTMENT to go to the White House? I Know They Cleared one lot of guilty people back in 1977.
